School-Aged Youth Development
School-aged youth development happens whenever school is out:
Our doors open at 6 a.m. for families who need to be at work early. Children stay at Concord until they board the bus to school.
After-school begins as soon as your child returns to Concord (again depending on school day schedule and bus routes); programming is scheduled until 6 p.m.
Out-of-school is a full-day program whenever your child's school is not in session.
The school-aged youth development program serves elementary-aged children and offers an age-appropriate variety of education, health, social and recreational programming. Concord staff design and provide small group instruction, often in partnership with qualified community partners. Throughout the year, your child may choose from a variety of special clubs like: ArtReach, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, the basketball team, and academic tutoring.
Our youth programs are open to all near-Southside families, but transportation is provided to/from the following schools:

Tuition and fees
During the 2019-20 school year, Concord's program fees are as follows:
Before- OR After-School (not both): $20
Before- AND After-School (both): $35
Out-of-School (Full Day): $60
*Concord provides transportation to IPS #34; there is an additional transportation fee for this service.

ALL near-Southside families of school-aged youth can participate in our Satur-Yay!program, Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (whenever IPS is in session). This drop-in style program (come whenever and stay for as long as you want) allows children to spend extra time at Concord meeting friends, playing games, and learning new skills.
